Got a few things wrong on this one He had a two liter coke, not a beer His girlfriend paid for the balloons and supplies for the event The authorities cut power to the area where he was landing so he wouldn’t get electrocuted if he were to get tangled in the power lines, which I believe he managed to avoid I don’t think Larry was a truck driver, but I don’t remember

As I recall he was charged with operating an aircraft without a pilots license or an airworthyness certificate. He was also charge with entering class B airspace (area around large commercial airports) without first making radio contact with the tower. The FAA eventually gave him a pass on the airworthyness certificate. 😂😂😂
