But yahudi/judaism, nasrani/christian, is religion that come from Allah ta'ala but already corrupted by rabi or pope, and islam is perfected version. Do you know that many corrupted version of islam like khawarij (isis), syi'ah?, but Allah ta'ala will protected islam until kiamah, that is ahlussunnah. Do you know about the hadith is guarded by authentic narrations (shahih)? And al-qur'an guarded from any change and amandement?.

"private" in the context of this jewish law isn't defined just by the usual "ownership" sense and has more to do with degree of enclosure. by the letter of the law, the wire + posts count as doors, and a series of doors counts as an unbroken wall, and a walled area counts as a private domain (once some other requirements have been met to formally create it) (i'm not saying it isn't silly, just that it's legally sound, strictly speaking)
